Most Precious Blood Parish issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.

★ FREE LUNCH - for any child interested in receiving Hot Lunch. The USDA is extending the SUMMER FREE LUNCH PROGRAM through December 31, 2020 or until the funding runs out. **Please note - if any family has young children at home who are not yet in school and 4K students, a cold bag lunch will be sent home using the 

SUMMER FREE LUNCH PROGRAM. If you would like to have a free cold bagged lunch sent home with the older sibling you must contact the Office to order and indicate if you want white or chocolate milk with the lunch. (Initially the office will be calling families that have young children at home to check if they would like to participate in the free cold lunch program). 

★ Exposure: Please be thoughtful/cautious when out in public. If a family member of any student becomes exposed to COVID, the student will need to be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days and learn from home for those days. Please keep yourself safe so school can keep all the students safe. 

★ 3:00 pm Pick Up - Students that are picked up from school will now exit out the emergency gym doors. 

★ 1 - 2 - 3 Magic to go along with Conscious Discipline. These two elements are working well together. **Please note any physical harm or serious misbehavior such as hitting another individual or destroying property will automatically be marked as Red, and parents will be notified. ★ Safety and Expectations: Teachers and staff will continue to take time to re-teach, model, practice, and reinforce how to be safe, be respectful, and be responsible. All students are learning to follow expectations and are practicing in and out of the classroom to be safe and to help keep others safe. 

★ Mask Use: Please send a mask each day for your child(ren) to wear. It is always a good idea to have another mask in his/her backpack if it would be needed. If students would need a face mask, school will provide them with a washable one. 

★ Bus Riders: All bus riders must wear a face mask while riding the bus. 

★ Chromebook: Seesaw is the new Learning Management tool that has been added to each student’s Chromebook, in grades 4K through 4th grade, for this school year. Students in grades 5th - 7th will be using the Learning Management tool ‘Google Classroom’. Students will be able to take a Chromebook home each night (parents will be signing a liability form for any damages/replacement cost of the Chromebook). 

★ Internet: Check into your internet service so that your family has adequate access to wifi at home for the new school year as students have the option to take Chromebooks home each night to complete homework assignments. 

★ Important Dates: Thursday, September 3rd - School Mass at 8:30 am. Tuesday, September 8th. MAPS Testing starts and continues throughout the month of September. Monday, October 5th is Picture Day. 

★ FRIDAY - WEAR RED, WHITE AND BLUE DAY!!!!!
