Young men who have experienced a calling to serve in the Church and would like to learn more about it are invited to register for the Diocese of Green Bay’s St. Andrew Dinner.

The dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 27.

St. Andrew was the first called by Jesus to follow Him as one of his Apostles. This dinner is designed for any young man of high school or college age who is open to the priesthood as a calling from the Lord.

“We begin with Holy Mass offered by His Excellency, Bishop David L. Ricken, along with Rev. Mark Mleziva, Rev. Adam Bradley, and other area priests who wish to concelebrate,” the diocese said on its Vocation Events webpage.

After dinner, the Vocation Team will offer formation to those who attend.

The diocese typically holds two St. Andrew Dinners yearly, in September and December.

Attending the event will not commit an individual to signing up for the seminary. Rather, it is an opportunity for attendees to intentionally pray about their vocation while growing in their own faith and fraternity with other young men.

To register online, visit gbvocations.org/registration.
