In a Facebook post Feb. 8, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee shared a link for people to learn more about the Arise Worship Nights, offering sacraments and intimate prayer.
“Meet Christ in a powerful way through the sacraments and intimate prayer at Arise Milwaukee’s latest Arise Worship Night, Friday, March 18, 7 p.m. at Carroll University’s Shattuck Music Center in Waukesha. Live worship music by The Josh Blakesley Band, a special message by Rachel Herbeck, Eucharistic Adoration and confession celebrated by priests from throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. God is waiting for you,” the Archdiocese of Milwaukee wrote in their Facebook post.
Arise Milwaukee is a group inspired by Pope John Paul II’s call for a New Evangelization that seeks to help Catholic communities “respond to Christ” through the sacraments and prayer, the group’s Facebook page states.
According to the Arise website, Rachel Herbeck serves as a director of missionaries and is passionate about youth ministry. She speaks at retreats, conferences and events across the country.
