The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is asking parishioners to give generously during the Catholic Stewardship Appeal, held annually to bring in money to help with the many needs of southeastern Wisconsin.

The money goes to helping those in need, schools and parishes, as well as assisting priests and leaders and helping to strengthen parish ministries.

Father Andrew Kysely, from St. Joseph Catholic Faith Community in Big Bend, recently shared with his parishioners the impact that the CSA makes for their parish and the Catholic community in southeastern Wisconsin.

"Your donation to the CSA will help sustain ministries that are changing lives in parishes and communities across the Archdiocese of Milwaukee,” the Archdiocese of Milwaukee posted on Facebook, referencing the following post by Kysely.

“There is not a week that goes by where we are not calling upon the Archdiocese for assistance in some way, shape, or form," Kysely said.  "Please be generous in responding to this year’s Catholic Stewardship Appeal.”

There are 100 Catholic schools in the archdiocese.

Parishioners can learn more about giving to the appeal by asking at their parish offices.
