St. Charles Parish Electronic Giving  

Please click /files/docs/St._Charles_Borromeo_Parish_ACH_Form%281%29.pdf to print off the pdf and return to St Charles Parish, PO Box 166, Cassville WI 53806) or at one of our donation drop off locations.  

Thank you for your parish support. We now offer electronic giving performed in similar way as you would pay online bills.  You may request on the form to give a one time donation, monthly, or yearly.  God Bless.
