Wanted: A strong communicator with multimedia experience who is ready to collaborate with the ministry team at the Church of St. Timothy in Blaine, Minnesota.

St. Timothy's began its search for a communications director who has strong written and communication skills, is an enthusiastic collaborator, organized, pays attention to detail, and has multi-media expertise. Other requirements include a bachelor's degree or an equal combination of education and experience, passing the archdiocesan background check, and successful completion of VIRTUS training, the job description said. 

The director of communications regularly updates the parish website and social media accounts, letting the community know about upcoming ministries and events. This person designs and edit the weekly parish bulletin, plus directs all video recordings of various ministry activities and Masses.

The position is 30 hours a week year-round and eligible for benefits, the job description reported. Attendance at some events may be needed.
