Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary issued the following announcement on  June 15

Congratulations to our Marathon High School graduates from Saint Mary’s Parish.  It was announced that among the Valedictorians of Marathon High School the following parish members are included: Kyli Blume, Bailey Karlen, Breanne Karlen and Clark Mouw.  

I had mentioned a couple weeks back that Gordy Ruplinger will be ordained to the permanent diaconate on June 23.  He will preach his first homily here at the parish on the weekend following his ordination.  Since we are not permitted to have a reception for him on parish grounds at this time, we will wait for that type of celebration after the restrictions are lifted.  Due to the limited capacity restriction still in place, the ordination will be live-streamed on the diocesan website.  Congratulations to our very soon-to-be deacon!
